Özlem is an accomplished leader in transformational consulting, mentorship, coaching, and academia. She specializes in system transformation and change management, leveraging a rich background in senior executive roles.
She has held pivotal leadership roles across investment banking, finance, aviation, energy, and logistics. Since 2013, she has been the founder and managing partner of TPC Leadership Türkiye and previously served on its international partner steering board.
With over 6,000 coaching hours, Özlem is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) specializing in executive and C-level team coaching.
She is a faculty member at TPCL, delivering certified coaching and mentoring programs.
Özlem is also a corporate consultant, keynote speaker, and EMCC Global assessor.
Özlem is a pioneer in facilitation in Türkiye, leading leadership, systemic, and team coaching processes.
She has also lectured on leadership communication, coaching, and presence at Istanbul Bilgi University.
